Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Operators / Junior Engineers to join the Production team at a
solar cell manufacturing plant in Gopalpur, Odisha. The selected candidates will be responsible
for operating and monitoring solar cell manufacturing equipment, maintaining production
targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor solar cell manufacturing equipment.
* Follow standard operating procedures and defined production processes.
* Monitor machine parameters and production output.
* Maintain required production quality and productivity.
* Identify and report machine or process-related issues.
* Coordinate with Quality, Process and Maintenance teams.
* Ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
* Follow plant safety guidelines and operational procedures.
* Maintain production-related records and reports.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BA / B.Com.
* Relevant Solar Cell Manufacturing experience is required.
* Candidates should have knowledge of production operations and manufacturing processes.
* Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
