Job Description
We are looking for experienced Process Operators / Junior Engineers to monitor and control
manufacturing processes in a solar cell manufacturing plant. The selected candidates will be
responsible for maintaining process parameters, identifying deviations and supporting process
improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities:

* Monitor manufacturing processes and critical process parameters.
* Ensure process parameters are maintained as per defined standards.
* Monitor production performance and process efficiency.
* Identify process abnormalities and deviations.
* Report process-related issues to the concerned team.
* Support troubleshooting of process-related problems.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
* Support process improvement activities.
* Maintain process-related records and reports.
* Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. or relevant qualification.
* Relevant Solar Cell Manufacturing experience is required.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process parameters.
* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Candidates should have relevant technical knowledge related to solar cell manufacturing
processes.
* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
