Position: Operator / Jr. Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for experienced Maintenance Operators / Junior Engineers with Electrical or
Mechanical expertise to ensure reliable and continuous operation of manufacturing equipment
in a solar cell manufacturing plant.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Identify equipment abnormalities and failures.
* Attend breakdowns and restore equipment operation.
* Perform routine equipment inspections.
* Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
* Identify potential equipment failures and report them to the concerned team.
* Coordinate with Production and Process teams during equipment breakdowns.
* Maintain maintenance records and reports.
* Ensure machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
* Follow plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech or relevant technical qualification.
* Relevant Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience is required.
* Relevant Solar Cell Manufacturing experience is required.
* Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance knowledge.
* Candidates should have relevant technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical
maintenance.
* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
