Position: Operator / Jr. Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Quality Operators / Junior Engineers to support quality
inspection and control activities in a solar cell manufacturing plant. The selected candidates will
be responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with
defined quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Inspect solar cell products according to defined quality standards.
* Monitor product quality at different stages of manufacturing.
* Identify defects, abnormalities and quality deviations.
* Report quality issues to the concerned team.
* Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
* Follow quality control procedures and SOPs.
* Ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
* Coordinate with Production and Process teams to resolve quality issues.
* Support corrective and preventive actions.
* Follow plant safety and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BA / B.Com.
* Relevant Solar Cell Manufacturing experience is required.
* Knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
* Good observation and documentation skills.
* Candidates should have relevant technical knowledge for the Quality department.
* Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
